When you chose not to download the new client version the game shuts down in my experience. First i didn't want to get the new client version but then the program shuts down and when i open drakensang again i get the same request to download the new client version. Something I have not mentioned on this forum is that I have been playing Drakensang Online. It is free and after 5 months playing I remain impressed with the quality of the graphics and how the game is run.
